Application Process:

• We are currently accepting applications for the upcoming school year.

•  You can mail or bring in required documents: Annual income, Date of Birth and Immunizations.
• If your child is not age eligbile or your income exceeds the guidelines, you can use this resource list to help you look for other preschool options.

Age eligibility: 

• Children must be age 3 or 4 by August 31st of the current school year. 
• If your child will turn 3 after August 31^st AND has received early intervention services (Childstrive, Early Head Start, Early ECEAP, Providence etc), you are eligibile to apply when your child turns 3.  Verification of early intervention services is required.

Income eligibility:

• Household income must meet the State medium income based on family size.  See example below.
• A small number of slots are aviable for families that exceed the income quidelines based on age, income and various risk factors.

Enrollment Steps

• ENROLLMENT:  Once all documents have been received (household annual income, Date of birth verification, family size verification and immunizations), youe eligibility will be verified and an enrollment appointment will be set to complete the rest of the paperwork.
• HEALTH REQUIREMENTS:  Your child will need to have a current immunizations, medical examd anddental exam prior to the start of class.
• TEACHER VISIT:  Teachers will contact you prior to the start of classes for an appointment.  This visit is to find out more about your child and to talk about educational goals for the school year.  This is also an opportunitity for parents to see the classroom and the school.
• FAMILY SUPPORT VISIT:  Family Support Specialsits will set up a visit within the first month of classes starting.  This is a visit to set familiy goals that are based on parent interest and needs.
