ECEAP Drop Off and Pick Up

• Student arrival begins 5 minutes before their scheduled class time.
• Students will be outside and ready for pick up at the end of classtime.
• We will provide each parent with two tags to place on your rearview mirror. Please ensure that anyone that you send to pick up your child has this tag.
• We will confirm authorization to pick up a child before putting them in a car.
• All guardians and other adults must be listed as an emergency contact for them to pick up a student.

Please be prompt for drop off and pick up

• If you arrive early, we will ask you to wait until it is your child's classtime. We do not provide before or afterschool care. If you are not able to pick up your child on time, please make arrangements for an emergency contact or adult to pick up in your place.

The drop off and pick up route begins behind ECEAP instead of the front of the building.

• You will see green signs and arrows that will direct you to the new driving route. Students will exit the car from the driver’s side of the vehicle. Please be sure to notify anyone who will be dropping off or picking up your student.
